Frequently asked questions

Delivery is free only to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not currently deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries.

The usual delivery time is 15–20 working days from order confirmation. This may take longer during promotions, public holidays or periods of high demand.

Delivery includes carrying the packages inside your home, provided access allows. Before buying, check doorways, stairs and the lift.

Yes. The entire Modular range, including the customisable Modular sofa and the L-shaped and U-shaped corner versions, has fully removable covers. Covers can be removed and replaced individually, making cleaning easier or letting you change the look whenever you like.

For homes with cats, we mainly recommend chunky corduroy for its durability and texture. Fine corduroy is also durable, but we consider it a second choice. No fabric is completely immune to scratches or snags.

Alternatively, Nube fabric offers good durability and has a stain-resistant, liquid-repellent treatment.

Stain-resistant treatment: only the new Nube fabrics have a stain-resistant treatment.

Washing and cleaning: we do not recommend machine washing; clean by hand with mild soap or specialist upholstery products.

Spills and stains (coffee, wine, water, pet vomit or urine): following the care guide makes stains and spills easy to clean; our internal tests have produced very good results.

You have 30 days to try the sofa at home. It is normal for it to feel a little unfamiliar at first; comfort improves with regular use.

If it is not right for you, we collect it and refund your money.

To arrange a return, simply send an email; the carrier will handle collection.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defect or premature failure. If something happens, we resolve it at no cost to you.

Optional assembly: it is not included as standard, but you can add the assembly service for €35.

Modular and customisable: modular models can be easily taken apart and rearranged. Covers can also be replaced individually.

Reversible chaise longue: you can fit it on the right or left to suit your living room layout.

You can pay in instalments with seQura or PayPal at checkout, subject to the provider’s approval. We do not offer cash on delivery.

We make your sofa to order. It may leave the factory in approximately 5 working days, but the usual complete delivery time is 15–20 working days from order confirmation. This may take longer during promotions, public holidays or periods of high demand.

Buen sofa emme unnum

Buen servicio!
