Me encanta el sofá. Es tal y como lo esperaba: tamaño para espacio pequeño, extensible, cómodo, tela de calidad, perfecto. Precio y servicio ideal. Muy buena atención de la empresa y de transporte. Lo único es no tener prisa por tenerlo, más o menos un mes desde la compra hasta la entrega. Muy contenta.

He pedido un sofa

He pedido un sofa, con medidas especiales, ya que en las tiendas por ser unas medidas pequeñas o no lo consiguen o se pasan del precio... el sofá cumplió mis espectativas, tanto en precio como en calidad. Hubo un problema con el transportista, pero me lo solucionaron.

Is this a sofa bed or a sofa with extendable seats?

Quattro, Cinque and Sei extend the seat depth so you can stretch your legs. They do not include the pull-out bed found in Unum, Duo or Tria. Check the dimensions with the seats extended to allow enough space in front.

What is the difference between the fixed and reclining backrest?

The fixed backrest stays in one position. The reclining backrest lets you adjust its position. The configurator updates the price and your selection summary when you choose an option; the extra cost depends on the fabric.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery for sofas and mattresses is 10–20 working days from purchase. See the current estimate next to the purchase button. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.

Are assembly and removal included?

These services are optional. You can select them, with their prices shown, before adding the sofa to your cart. Assembly includes packaging removal. For removal, your old sofa must already be dismantled and fit through your home’s usual access route.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Sofas and mattresses come with a 30-calendar-day trial from delivery. If you return them, we arrange free collection and refund the product and associated services in full, including assembly and removal already carried out. One trial per customer and product type; covers are excluded. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights.
