IMPORTANT: The old furniture must be dismantled beforehand and fit through the normal access to your home.

We ask for it to be dismantled so it can be taken out through your home's usual access route.

How big is the bed and how do I prepare it?

The sleeping surface measures 200 × 140 cm. Remove the back cushions and pull out the bed. Check the opening space and leave a clear walkway in front of the sofa; the dimension diagram shows the full layout.

Do I need to choose which side the chaise goes on?

The chaise is reversible: you can assemble it on the left or right to suit your living room. Check the assembly instructions before changing sides.

What is the difference between the fixed and reclining backrest?

The fixed backrest stays in one position. The reclining backrest lets you adjust its position. The configurator updates the price and your selection summary when you choose an option; the extra cost depends on the fabric.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery for sofas and mattresses is 10–20 working days from purchase. See the current estimate next to the purchase button. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.

Are assembly and removal included?

These services are optional. You can select them, with their prices shown, before adding the sofa to your cart. Assembly includes packaging removal. For removal, your old sofa must already be dismantled and fit through your home’s usual access route.

How does the 30-day trial work?

Sofas and mattresses come with a 30-calendar-day trial from delivery. If you return them, we arrange free collection and refund the product and associated services in full, including assembly and removal already carried out. One trial per customer and product type; covers are excluded. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights.
